New Australian Release - Rimmel London Salon Pro with LYCRA nail polish

Australia is typically one of the last countries to stock the latest makeup collections and when I read about a new release in the US or the UK I patiently await its arrival on our shores. 

Surprisingly, the other day I stumbled upon the display of the new Rimmel London Salon Pro with LYCRA nail polish range. Yep you read that right, with LYCRA!

This collection had already received a lot of coverage from my favourite bloggers in the UK and it would have been wrong of me to leave without at least four one. 

Rimmel claims the contents of these bottles are chip resistant for up to 10 days, and will have your nails looking like you've just had a gel manni. Yes please.

The shade range, designed by Kate Moss herself, is much better in the UK (they have 31 shades, we have 8 from memory) but that isn't to say we won't receive more colours. 

The shade I was eyeing off the most was included in the Australian release however, and the colour hasn't left my nails yet - #317 Hip Hop is definitely a front runner for me. 

As far as the chip resistant claims are concerned, I haven't had any chipping over the past five days, apart from a small amount of tip wear and for me that gets two thumbs up.

On sale for $5.99 at the Chemist Warehouse (regularly $7.99), you can't really go wrong!
